Do I need to create a profile or account to sign up?

No, you do not need to create a profile or account. We just need to collect some basic contact and dealership information and you’ll be signed up to receive invitations to feedback activities.

What types of feedback activities might I be invited to participate in?

You may be invited to participate in monthly surveys, ad-hoc surveys, 30-90 minute interviews, and unmoderated sessions (remote sessions that can be completed independently). Invitations are based on dealership type, size, your role, and product usage — and all are optional.

How do I receive my rewards for completing activities?

After completing all steps of the activity, you will receive an email with information on how to redeem your reward within 5 business days. You’ll have the option to choose from over 200 gift cards or charities through User Interviews. Look for an email from research@userinterviews.com

Can more than one person at a dealership join the panel?

Yes, we encourage multiple people at dealerships to join. Our feedback activities may target specific roles at dealerships, so it’s great to have representation from across your dealership.

Will my CarGurus account team be aware of my feedback?

No, your feedback will remain confidential to the product and marketing teams—unless you ask for any feedback to be raised with your account team.

How do I leave the panel?

You can email us at dealerpanel@cargurus.com and let us know you’d like to be removed from the Dealer Feedback Panel. You can also click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of emails you receive about feedback opportunities.
If you don’t participate in any feedback opportunity in a 6-month period, you will be removed from the panel. You are allowed to rejoin at any point.
Please notify us if you leave the dealership or change roles so we can keep our records accurate.
