Explore the Digital Deal Summary

For each CarGurus Digital Deal lead, you’ll receive a full deal summary outlining all the information the buyer completed on your VDP, helping your sales team understand the deal details completed.

When you access the Digital Deal Summary from your Dealer Dashboard you’ll see full shopper information here - including if they scheduled an appointment to visit your dealership or requested delivery.

When you access the Digital Deal Summary from your CRM, you’ll see an anonymized deal summary that removes the contact details to ensure there are no security risks.

If the shopper submitted a hard-pull credit application, the Digital Deal Summary will include a green call out with information on their offer. View the application in your RouteOne or Dealertrack system.
